Having trouble adding an item to the cart?
-Try clicking on the “Add to Cart” button twice. The shopping cart should pop up
in the teal menu column to the left.

-If you are purchasing an Elastic headband, sizes that appear lighter in color mean
that they are out of stock. Send me an e-mail if you are needing that size and I would
be glad to create it for you.

-If you are ordering more than one of the same product and are having trouble adding
it to the shopping cart, it may mean that we don’t have that many in stock. You can e-mail me
and I can work with you on the quantity that you are wanting to order.

Payment
Sweet Apple Kid accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. All accepted forms of payment are processed through Paypal, which is a secure way to purchase online without revealing your financial information. You do not need a Paypal account to process your transaction through paypal. During the checkout process, you will be taken to the Paypal page where you can “log in” if you have an account OR you can select “Don’t have a Paypal account” and you will be able to complete the transaction without signing up.

If you choose to send an e-check, your purchase will be sent once the e-check has cleared. You will be notified via e-mail of when the e-check has cleared and the products are shipped.

Processing
***Special Note (October): Due to the arrival of our own Sweet Apple Kid, Andrew, we will be adjusting our processing times. Your order will be shipped out after payment between 3-5 days (maybe sooner). Please allow shipping time via Canada Post. If you are needing an item sooner, please contact me at thekel80@gmail.com and I will see what I can do.

Please allow approximately 2-3 business days to process your order prior to shipping via Canada Postal Service.

Shipping
We only ship to Canada and the US.
Sweet Apple Kid uses First Class Canada Post Letter Mail Service.
Please note that tracking or insurance is not included and Sweet Apple Kid is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
When shipping to the US, you will need to factor customs into your shipping time-line. Shipping to the US can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

Returns
All sales are final and no returns are allowed.
